Terms of Service

Effective 2 May 2026

These Terms govern your use of ClientPulse(“the Service”). By signing up you agree to them.

The Service

ClientPulse is a viewing layer over your Stripe account — we read the data, never write to it. We do not process payments on your behalf, do not become a party to your client contracts, and do not act as a payment facilitator.

Your account

  • You are responsible for the security of your account and any activity under it.
  • You must use a real email address and be at least 18.
  • You may not share your login with another person; create an additional account if you have a colleague.

Stripe Connect

By connecting Stripe you authorise us to read the data described in the Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access in Stripe’s dashboard or in ClientPulse Settings → Connection at any time.

Subscription & payment

  • The free plan is forever and requires no card. It limits the in-app view to one client from your Stripe account; the rest are visible as a count only.
  • Upgrading to Pro charges your card immediately at the then-current monthly or annual price and unlocks every client in your Stripe account.
  • Pro subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancel any time via Settings → Billing (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period.
  • We do not refund partial periods, but we do not lock you in either — you can downgrade back to the free plan at the end of any billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service beyond your own data
  • Connect a Stripe account you are not authorised to read
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. We strive for accuracy but Stripe data is the source of truth — if ClientPulse disagrees with Stripe, trust Stripe.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may terminate at any time by deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms with notice where practical.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
